How to get help with a paid report or checkout issue.
Paid report help
After hosted checkout approval, LaunchGlint should verify the payment and open the deep report automatically. If that does not happen, include the scanned URL, Stripe or PayPal receipt email, and Checkout Session or PayPal order id if you have it.
Before launch
If you are using LaunchGlint on a staging app, make sure it is publicly reachable. Production blocks private and internal targets.
